HEED Consulting was founded in Miami by David Neddam. From healthcare practitioner to business owner. Since 1998, the same three moves: create, renew, keep what works.
Where the HEED view comes from.
HEED did not start as a theory. It started with a child who watched.
Healthcare taught David to tell the story from the facts.
Business taught him to build. Practices in Paris and Normandy. Then spas, a beach club and a beach concession in Florida.
Several sectors, two countries, one constant: look first, then build something that works.
David Neddam
1998 — 2016 · France
State-certified physiotherapist (1998), with four years of training in osteopathy. Founded and ran practices in Paris (Neuilly-sur-Seine) and Normandy (Deauville), leading teams and integrating new approaches and body technologies such as LPG and MYA.
2014 · South Beach
Took over UHMA Spa.
2016 · South Beach
Rebuilt it entirely as the first HEED Spa.
2018 · Hallandale Beach
Founded HEED Spa, HEED Beach and HEED Event. HEED Spa is the spa for guests of four neighboring hotels that have no spa of their own. HEED Beach, the City of Hallandale Beach’s partner for beachfront chair rental, runs a concession of about 400 chairs.

Founded HEED Consulting, to bring this experience and the HEED Method to other businesses.
