These Terms govern your use of heedconsult.com (the “Site”), operated by David Neddam LLC, doing business as HEED Consulting and HEED Academy (“HEED”, “we”, “us”), 1200 Brickell Avenue, Suite 1960, Miami, FL 33131, United States. By using the Site, you accept these Terms.

1. Information only, not advice

The content of the Site, including Insights (articles, videos and quizzes), is general information. It is not professional, legal, financial or medical advice for your situation. HEED works on the non-clinical side of the businesses it serves and does not provide medical services.

2. No engagement until a written agreement

Starting a conversation or completing our questionnaire is free and creates no obligation for you or for us. A Mission begins only when both parties sign a written agreement setting out its scope, deliverables, duration and fees.

3. What you send us

You agree that the information you send through the Site is accurate and that you are entitled to share it. How we handle it is explained in our Privacy Policy.

4. Our content and names

The Site’s texts, videos, quizzes, images and design belong to David Neddam LLC or its licensors. You may share links and quote short extracts with credit to HEED. Any other copying, reuse or commercial use requires our written permission. HEED, HEED Consulting, HEED Academy, HEED Custom Operating System and the HEED Method are names used by David Neddam LLC. Other names and brands mentioned on the Site belong to their owners.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Site: no attempts to break its security, no automated collection of its content, no unlawful use.

6. Links to other sites

The Site may link to other websites (for example, YouTube, LinkedIn or public records). We are not responsible for their content or practices.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Site is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, HEED is not liable for any loss arising from the use of the Site or reliance on its general content.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida, unless the law requires otherwise.
