HEED Consulting
Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 9, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how David Neddam LLC, doing business as HEED Consulting and HEED Academy (“HEED”, “we”, “us”), collects and uses personal information through heedconsult.com (the “Site”).
Who we are
David Neddam LLC, a Florida limited liability company
1200 Brickell Avenue, Suite 1960, Miami, FL 33131, United States
Contact for privacy questions: conversation@heedconsult.com
1. What we collect
Information you give us. When you use “Start a conversation”, our qualification questionnaire asks for:
- your contact details: name, organization, role, main activity, city and country, email, phone and, if you wish, your website;
- a description of your situation, in your own words;
- your budget range, if you choose to share it;
- your availability and time zone for a first call.
This questionnaire is the only personal information the Site collects. If we continue, our exchanges happen directly between you and HEED (email and a video call on Zoom), outside the Site. The documents we exchange are stored privately in our own business storage (Google Workspace) and are never published.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting server records technical data (IP address, browser type, pages requested, date and time) for security and to keep the Site working.
Analytics, only if you accept. If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics to count visits: the pages you view, how you arrived on the Site (for example from a search engine or a link), your approximate location (country and city) and the type of device and browser you use. Google Analytics is never used on the “Start a conversation” page, so it never receives your answers. If you refuse, nothing is measured.
2. Why we use it
- To understand your situation and prepare our first conversation.
- To prepare, if appropriate, a proposal for a Mission.
- To keep a record of our exchanges if we work together.
- To keep the Site secure and working.
- To see which pages are useful and improve the Site, if you accept analytics cookies.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use it for advertising.
3. How we process it
Your answers are sent by email to us and a copy is saved in the Site’s administration area. Your file is then kept in our private business storage (Google Workspace).
We use an AI assistant, ChatGPT Business provided by OpenAI, to help organize and analyze information. Your information is not stored in this assistant: it can open your file only when we authorize it, one request at a time. Under OpenAI’s business terms, the information it processes is not used to train its models. The assistant supports our work; every interpretation and decision is made by a person.
4. Who we share it with
Only service providers that help us run our business, under their own security and privacy commitments:
- Google (Google Workspace), for email and private document storage;
- OVH (OVHcloud), which hosts the Site on servers in France, including the saved copy of your questionnaire;
- Google (Google Analytics), to measure visits, only if you accept analytics cookies;
- Zoom, for video calls;
- OpenAI (ChatGPT Business), as an AI assistant (see section 3).
We may also disclose information if required by law. Nothing else is shared without your consent.
5. How long we keep it
- If we work together: for five years after the end of our work together.
- If the conversation does not lead to a Mission: for one year, then deleted. A situation changes over time; if you come back later, we start again from your reality as it is then.
6. Your choices and rights
You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop using it, by writing to conversation@heedconsult.com. We will answer within 30 days.
If you are in the European Union, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, you also have the rights given by the GDPR and similar laws, including the right to data portability and to complain to your local data protection authority. We rely on your request (to answer it), on steps you ask for before a contract, on our legitimate interest in running our business and, for analytics cookies, on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. Some of our providers process data in the United States.
7. Cookies
The Site uses the cookies needed for it to work, and one cookie that remembers your cookie choice for six months.
With your consent only, Google Analytics sets its own cookies (named _ga and _ga_B1NJN1CKCS), kept for up to 13 months. You choose on your first visit, and you can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page. Refusing changes nothing in how the Site works.
Videos are embedded in privacy-enhanced mode where available.
8. Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (https) and restricted access to the Site’s administration. No system is perfectly secure.
9. Children
The Site is intended for business owners and professionals. It is not directed to children under 16.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
