HEED does not look at beach operations from the outside. HEED Beach is the City of Hallandale Beach’s partner for beachfront umbrella and chair rental at North City Beach Park. Under subcontract, it also serves the guests of three hotels, each with its own requirements. One public beach, four different clients, every day, in every kind of weather.

Clear limits
HEED works on the operational consequences of weather, tides, erosion and public rules. It does not replace meteorologists, coastal engineers, environmental specialists, lifeguards, safety professionals, lawyers or specialized food and beverage experts. HEED identifies where they are needed and works with them.
